It's a personal ‘tool’, a process with which you
can discover, reclaim and tap into your innate natural ability to ‘Let Go’ of stressful feelings from their roots,
as they arise, at will.
Let’s examine each element:
a) It’s a personal ‘tool’,...,
b) a process with which you can discover, reclaim and tap your
innate natural ability to ‘Let Go’…,
c) of stressful feelings...,
d) from their roots...,
e) as they arise...,
f) at will.
a) I know what a ‘tool’ is. What do you mean by ‘personal’?
It's yours to use when and where you choose; you won't need the assistance or support of any individual or group.
b) Do I really have an “innate, natural ability to ‘Let Go’
”?
Yes, you do, we all do. It’s our birthright, a wonderful aspect of our human "nature"...our "human"
potential.
c) I know what “stressful feelings” are, no explanation needed.
d) “from their roots”: Are you suggesting that stressful feelings
actually
come from some deeper source within us?
Yes, I am – all stressful feelings have ‘roots’! Feelings are much like flowers -- flowers have ‘root’ systems,
and so do feelings; it's that simple. Another way of saying this is that stressful feelings and emotions are “generated
by”, or “arise from”, ‘roots’ below our conscious awareness.
Learning and practicing 'How-To-‘Let-Go’ from these ‘roots’ (Quantum Releasing™), and becoming self-sufficient
in this deeper ‘Letting Go’ is the core "focus" of the Workshop.
e) “as they arise”: Does that mean it’s possible to use the
Technique
whenever
I feel stressful feelings, in any situation?
Yes, whenever you feel them, no matter what the situation.
Here are possible situations when you can use the
Technique:
1) your're in action in the world and interacting with others; For example, while engaged in discussion, making
a presentation, involved in team activities, or shared time with family or friends; or
2) you're in action in the world and not interacting with others (alone or by yourself); For example while driving,
working in your office or at your desk, or exercising; or
3) you're not in action in the world and not interacting with others; For example, watching TV alone at home, or
simply sitting by yourself, reflecting on the day’s events.
In short, the Technique is a ‘tool’ for the active life, available for your use 24 / 7 / 365, no matter what the
situation.
xxx
f) “at will”: Does that mean whenever I decide to use the
Technique,
whenever I decide to ‘Let Go’?
Yes, whenever you so decide, no matter what the situation...you're in control.

Q3
|
|
So what happens when I use the Technique…what happens
when I actually ‘Let Go’? |
 |
 |
 |
A3
|
|
The Technique is a simple, inner process that you
can use when you’re having a stressful feeling. When the process is complete, the stressful feeling is gone...it’s
that simple.
For example, suppose you notice you’re feeling anxious. Then, you take yourself step-by-step through the Technique's
process. Upon completion, the anxious feeling is gone - and you're left feeling better, or lighter, or happier.
Frequently, feelings of courageousness, well-being, joy, acceptance and peace are experienced after 'Letting Go'.
One of the unique aspects of the Technique is that it's very ‘private’, no one can tell if or when you’re 'Letting
Go'.
Sometimes it’s necessary to repeat the Technique several times to completely ‘Let Go’ of a strong feeling. |

Q5
|
|
Will I be able to do it, will I really be able to
‘Let Go’? |
 |
 |
 |
A5
|
|
Again, each of us has this innate, natural ability.
It’s your birthright, a wonderful aspect of your human potential.
However, ‘Letting Go’ does require another aspect of our human potential, another of our innate, natural abilities
– we must decide (or choose) to ‘Let Go’.
It’s this simple. The ability to ‘Let Go’ is always present within you, like a tool that’s always in your pocket.
To ‘Let Go’ of a stressful feeling, there are three requirements:
1) remember that the tool is there for your use;
2) decide to use it; and
3) choose to ‘Let Go’.

Q12
|
|
How does the Workshop unfold over the weekend? |
 |
 |
 |
A12
|
|
The focus of the weekend is discovering and deepening
your natural ability to ‘Let Go’ through the on-going practice of a variety of exercises that reflect professional
and personal life situations. The practice is enjoyable because each time you 'Let Go' you feel better, or less
stressed, or just plain happy.
Beginning Friday evening, information is presented which lays the foundation for discovering and reclaiming your
innate, natural ability to ‘Let Go’. A Proprietary Model of human consciousness is introduced and explored.
About 2 hours later, the trainer begins working individually with volunteers guiding them to, and helping them
tap, their innate, natural ability to ‘Let Go’. Next, you have the option of practicing with other Workshop participants.
Working with the trainer and other participants is 100% voluntary. This continues through Saturday noon.
On Saturday afternoon after lunch, we identify the ‘roots’ of stressful feelings and emotions, and begin practicing
'Quantum Releasing™', that is, ‘Letting Go’ from these ‘roots’. This is the heart of the 'Magic of Letting Go™ Workshop,' and continues into Sunday morning.
On Sunday afternoon, we explore how to use Quantum Releasing™ to realize and achieve our goals and intentions with
a section called “Creating Our Dreams™”.
Throughout Saturday and Sunday, there are exercises practicing ‘Letting Go' in action while engaging with other
people, and when alone. Other exercises explore incorporating the Technique into physical exercise routines, and
our habits and conditioning around food. |

I’ve attended other workshops/seminars where I felt
great when I left, but a couple of weeks later that feeling was gone; the event had little, if any, lasting impact
on my life.
Will I really be able to keep ‘Letting Go’ on my own after the Workshop? |

Yes, you can. Self-sufficiency is one of the Workshop’s
goals. Remember, there are three requirements for ‘Letting Go’ of a stressful feeling:
a) remembering that the Technique is there for your
use;
b) deciding to use it; and
c) choosing to ‘Let Go’.
If you can ‘Let Go’ during the Workshop, you can
‘Let Go’ afterward....it’s that simple. Click here for graduate 'self-sufficiency' video testimonials.
